Terroir Development is a firm that specializes in “green” land development – including a stable of micro-wineries and themed restaurants. TWD develops projects in the Pacific Northwest (WA,OR, ID, MT), Colorado, Texas, New England, Hawai’i and in the United Arab Emirates. Current projects include 13 guest houses, a micro-winery in Montana and franchised restaurants within our 5 regions. In 2008, Terroir branched out into developing large scale mixed-use green properties such as our 5 million square foot Towne Centre project which is slated to open May 2013. Many of our projects include a unique mix of boutique hotels, Male'ana craft-wineries/meaderies, theme restaurants and destination spas. Terroir has also developed 3 restaurant concepts, PuPuS, Onu Inu and Pomaka'i, for our current and future properties. We are currently in acquisition-mode for hotel conversion prospects and large estates.
